Loftus Street in East Geelong had seen no maintenance or care for fifty years. Our brief was to re-invigorate the beauty of the Californian bungalow and turn it in to a 21st century dwelling. We cleared all internal rooms and began with a clean canvas. We moved the floor plan and created a home with three bedrooms, two bathroom and a large open plan living area at the back of the house.
A dated family home positioned between Aberdeen Street and Potter Street needed to meet the requirements of a modern family of three teenage children. A total renovation saw a parent retreat created upstairs with breath taking views of the bay, a complete open plan living space downstairs, new bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with an amazing stone bench for the whole family to sit around.
Built in 2014 to a brief requiring an energy efficient home, 60 Brumor Place Waurn Ponds is a new home built for a modern family. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms and open plan living provides this family of five the perfect retreat.
